To be quite honest in this scenario, if our body language looks "scrupulously normal" without the yoga mat on top of ourselves...you need very good yoga. And it was the combination and frequency. As I say, with my friend - Brad - when doing yoga for self defence I didn't realize how easy yoga would be.
